InterActing and LFEE Europe have teamed up to create a new training programme for the Educational Authority and Department of Education of Northern Ireland, funded through Erasmus+. Our Developing Effective Leadership course will showcase best practice in School Leadership and the Training of School Leaders through a comparative approach in Finland, France, Germany and Spain.
Developing Effective Leadership in Schools (DELS) course objectives:
- Leadership within teacher professional learning
- Schools and LAs improvement journeys
- Evaluation and impact of teacher professional development
- Professional reflection and dialogue
- Policy and best practice in leadership in Schools and LAs
- Best practice and policy for Inclusion in schools and LAs
- Health and Well Being of staff and managers
- Good transition practice – early years / primary / post primary
- Teacher progression: from initial teacher training to leadership programme
- Developing International Partnerships
