The principal aim of the training is to give teachers the skills to put our new methodology into practice in their teaching environments and take part in our evaluation process.

Target Audience

Principals, teachers and teaching assistants in established CLIL teaching environments. Language teachers and educators in non CLIL education, and Teacher Trainers.

Objectives

At the end of the course participants will have enhanced their knowledge of how CLIL works and how to use games to drive all parts of the learning process. They will develop resources and activities contributing to the development of pupils thinking skills and personal capabilities and personal development in line with national strategies and curriculum. Participants will learn how to apply the resource of PCLIL games to drive or complement structured learning and given tools to measure the effectiveness of the approach.

The course fee covers:

  • Course and tuition fees: 420,- €
  • Registration: 80,- €
  • Accommodation and subsistence: 700,- €
  • single room
  • meals: half board
  • Cultural excursions are not included

Dates and location

The course will take place from the 26th of October to the 1st of November in Gran Canaria (Canary Islands, Spain).
