WELCOME TO THE INTERACTING TEACHER TRAINING PAGE
Dear Teachers,
Due to changes in the way the Comenius/Grundtvig database is administered some of our courses on Comenius do not have a reference number. You are still eligible for funding however the procedure is slightly different.
If you wish to apply for one of our Comenius courses please contact us for information on how to apply: teachertraining@interacting.info
Thank you.
Interacting has been organizing tailor-made teacher training courses in Spain and around the world for more than 12 years based on our practical experience that drama is the most effective, practical, and fun resource to stimulate learning in the classroom.
The collaborative training courses we offer respond to teachers’ professional needs and highlight the relationship between performance and teaching skills.
Developed to overcome the way languages have traditionally been taught in the classroom, Interacting courses offer step-by-step solutions to applying drama and communication techniques to class management, while developing teachers’ personal confidence in the process.
A strong group dynamic within a “safe” environment allows teachers to put themselves in the position of their students and try out new techniques. Result: a skills base that both improves teaching delivery and motivates pupils.
Interacting courses are delivered through a variety of plenary sessions, seminars and workshops that kick off with icebreakers and introductions, then on to group work, building confidence, improving communication skills, language theatre sports, and voice techniques.
Whether for teachers of primary, secondary, or adult students, Interacting organizes full-time weekly and fortnightly courses, as well as intensive weekend events, and part-time courses.
THE DEADLINE FOR THE SUMMER COURSE APPLICATION IS January 13th 2012.
